Note 3289.0 Need NFS over FDDI Performance Info No replies

I am trying to locate some performance info that characterizes
NFS performance over FDDI using our TurboChannel FDDI options.
I have seen several email messages with performance numbers for
TCP,UDP, and DECnet over FDDI, but have seen no formal characterization
that could be given to a customer. Does one exist?
What impact would FDDI have on the performance of an NFS server?
Specifically, is it possible to infer NFS performance numbers from
the UDP numbers?
If one considers a 5000/240 with Prestoserve and FDDI, does it make sense
to extrapolate the same NFS performance boost that one sees using
Prestoserve over ethernet and apply it to FDDI?
Any pointers, thoughts, opinions would be greatly appreciated.
