I have a customer with a FDDI network.
H recieved NO docmentation about his DECbridges etc.
Can someone give me a list of the docmentation he needs.
I have the manual number for DECndu. AA-PEJAA-TE)

This is the third customer I have heard of that is not getting documentation when they get a DECconcentrator or DECbridge. What's going on here? Without documentation, how are they going to configure and install the equipment? I had one customer go thru the roof because they wanted to install the equipment, but did not buy installation service. I had to fax various parts of the docs to the customer just so they could install the equipment. I am the manufacturing engineer for the DECconcentrator in the ASO plant. In order for me to asses the real problem with missing documentation I need to understand the circumstances. Were these units shipped from ASO, KLO or GAO? If these particular units were shipped from ASO then which manuals were missing? I also want to clarify what documentation is normally shipped with the bridge and concentrator.
