    I am updating 3 Concentrators that were running 2.2 code and get some
    informational messages about "Insufficient NCP log"
    
    Here is an excerpt of the update prodedure with NDU

    This reports that the DEFCN is already at 2.3, but this was the second
    run so that I could capture the message. The DEFCN came back online and
    seems to be operating properly. I was just curious about the message...
