According to the documentation I have, the maximum distance of FDDI
cable assemblies available from Digital for connecting workstations
or bridges to the concentrator is 98 ft. If there was a need to go
beyond this distance what is the recommended or preferred method to
of accommodating such a requirement. Do you have longer cables made
up, extend an FDDI-to 2.5mm assembly using 2.5mm-to 2.5mm
assemblies, or what??
