I understand that FDDI will be qualified soon for the VAX 6510. What's
the earliest we could get it for a customer? Is it possible to get a
field test version earlier if the customer is willing to assume some
risk for testing, or is it mostly tested but not yet OFFICIALLY
qualified?
This customer is approaching panic mode because they have a major
installation coming up which requires FDDI for the 6510. Any info, or
pointers to info, would be greatly appreciated.

BTW - Are you system manager, or how did you happen to have a node

JUMP4 is my workstation, so I got to choose the name (now that IS in
GIA has FINALLY decided to let us have that little privilege!).
