What about FDDI-Support for the HSC? Any plans? Future version of the
HSC?

For the HSC, very unlikely. It is a block server and does not have any
validation; if you can talk to it, you can read or write it's disks.
The people that develope storage controllers are very interested in an
FDDI server, but it is unlikely that it would resemble the HSC.
