I'm no ORnet expert... So long as the FDDI side of the DB500 is done to FDDI rules, and the Ethernet side meets Ethernet rules, you're all set! paul | |||||

you don't sho any fiber optic transcievers (FOTs) in your picture. note that you need one to connect to fiber optic star to the lb100/200 since the fiber optic signalling is different between the devices. that is to say all of the bridges in your picture are the local variety. don't forget to watch your network diameter off the chipcom star as well.
