We are installing an internal FDDI ring to "get to know"
those things and we'd like to "learn" how to upgrade
the firmware.
Is it possible to get a version of the latest upgrade
and the program used to upgrade. We need it for both
the DEFCN and DEFEB.
Is it on the net somewhere or is it still "restricted"?
I know it is "dangerous" to upgrade as if a power or interruption
shall occur, we may loose the module.
In any case, anybody can tell what is the latest version available,
as seen by ELMS?

The latest versions of the firmware are:
DEFCN V2.3
DEFEB V2.2
The upgrade kits are available from SSB.
