    I am in the process of helping to put together a reply for an RFI for 
    wiring a college campus. The RFI will be followed by an RFP in a few 
    months.  One of the concerns the college has is that anything they put 
    in now will be used for a long time so they want to make sure that the 
    technology they choose will not be obsolete in a couple of years.  
    
    So, as part of our responce to the RFI we want to talk about how an 
    FDDI network from Digital will position the college well for the future.  
    In particular I would like to include information about the various 
    standards organizations that Digital is involved with in this area and 
    also how our products will help position the customer for the faster than 
    100 Mbps technologies that are bound to follow FDDI.  Unfortunately I
    do not have much information on this so I am looking for pointers to
    written information and contacts within Digital that can provide me
    with information that I can pass on to the customer.  Any help you can
    give me on this will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
