    Tom McEachin was relected.
    
    Steve Eddleston was elected, replacing the retiring Paul Kinzelman.

    In an annual meeting that, adjourning at 5:09 PM, may have set a record
    for brevity, the following election results were announced:
    
      Tom McEachin     4365  (elected)
      Steve Eddleston  2626  (elected)
      Bob Ainsley      1995
      Jackie Rose      1614
      Dan Long         1032
    
    The following voting statistics were noted:
    
      Total valid ballots     6272
    
      Ineligible ballots       208
      Blank                     27
      Illegible signature       68
      Too many caldidates       38

      Total invalid ballots    341
    
      Total ballots received  6613 
    
    
    The meeting started with the usual introduction of staff and
    volunteers, then the election resullts were announced.
    
    Under unfinished business from last year, it was voted to destroy the
    1995 election ballots.
    
    Under new business, it was voted destroy the 1996 election ballots.
    
    The meeting was then adjourned.

    I would first like to apologize for missing the annual meeting. 
    Unfortunately, Marina and I were lost in Grafton, Mass. that afternoon
    and didn't find ourselves until it was too late.

    On the election itself, I'm disappointed that I didn't earn a position
    on the BoD.  (As I write this, I haven't seen the vote counts, so I
    have no idea how I did.)  I would like to thank everyone who voted for
    me and I pledge to continue, as a member, trying to make DCU a better
    credit union for everyone.

    I am concerned about the results, (I am NOT questioning the validity of
    the results), however I do not feel comfortable addressing those
    concerns in this forum at this time.
