Two attempts have been made to focus on a problem with respect to
initial setup of pc-branch. The first description was in note 975.157.
Before any answers are provided, the subject changes.
I have the same problem as note .157 without any clues. I've had the
same issues trying to call the info center, so I was hoping to find
help in this notes file.
background: I have a Digital hinote ct475, running windows 95.
Software loads okay. First attempt to run setup provides a litany of
errors, as mentioned in note .157.
I have successfully installed the software on another pc, but not so on
the hinote.
Any help would be appreciated.

| It is unreasonable to expect the DCU to " get back with you". They do
not do this and it has been reported here many times. I have had to do
all of the follow up on any problem that has been initiated by me.
They practive "management by ignoring and hope it will go away"
