| It's great to see that Chris Fillmore-Gillett abstained from the loan
policy changes vote and even better to see a reason for his abstention.

| What are the policies that Paul K. wants to turn into bylaws?

| Not all the proposed bylaw changes that Paul, et. al wanted to
implement 2 or 3 years ago were approved by the NCUA - Policies such
as limiting Director's term to 6 years, easier access by
BOD candidates to members, etc..
While these are DCU policy, they are not in the bylaws.

| re: "Removal of age limitation on vehicle loans"
Does this mean that the DCU may be instituting a vehicle loan program
that will lend funding for vehicles over 10 years old?

| Some cars hold their value, even when they are 10 or 11 years old.
Previously, the loan officers were prevented from writing a loan if the vehicle
would be more than 10 years old when the loan was scheduled to be paid off.
This does not mean they will approve loans for old 15 year old beaters. It just
give them the discretion to grant a loan for a vehicle that is worth something.
Does that help?

| Does this mean they also have discretion to loan on private aircraft?
Unlike cars, most private airplanes are 20 or more years old. Someone
once told me that DCU would not make loans for airplanes, and I assumed
it was because of the age...
Thanks,
jeff
