| I always had the sense that the minutes were more-or-less chronological.
I note in these that two of the participants (Larry and Tom?) left the
meeting at around 6:30, but that the meeting didn't adjourn until almost
an hour later. It's not clear what transpired during that last hour.
Can an attendee who stayed till the end shed some light on that?

| Oh - OK. As no discussion was even mentioned, I guess I had assumed that
the motion was proposed, seconded and voted upon without discussion.

| Not everyone takes minutes like I do. The last set I did contained
the sentence "A lively discussion ensued." In truth, it was just short of a
fist fight. ;-)
