| Wow! Mr. Cestra sure is a breath of fresh air!!!!!!! To the BoD and the
search committee in particular, congratulations on a job well done!!!!!
Now, why would a BoD member abstain from approving previous minutes??? I
understand why Mr. McEachin did when he didn't have the minutes to review prior
to the vote.

absent since the meeting was held on the firts day of Passover.
