Phil,
I got two mailings from DCU yesterday. None were statements. I believe one
was a promotion for a 5.5% CD for a 5 month term. I can't recall what the
second mailing was, but they both went in my circular file.
Perhaps another reader remembers what the second envelope contained.

| Re .*, you may want to alert your local postmasters... We too have
noticed lately that our mail and even packages have clearly and
blatantly been tampered with.

| If any of the Board of Directors has heard this complaint and dropped
by the mailing area to see how the controls are working (obviously
not too well!!!), please reply here. YOU WILL SHOW YOUR CONCERN.
The next mailing should be our STATEMENTS and those should NOT go
unsealed!!!! Phil

| I recieved a mailing from the DCU yesterday telling me what a great deal they
now have on savings and CDs. This referred me to an enclosed flyer with the
rates. This letter was recieved sealed but no flyer was included.
I hope we are not paying very much to the people doing the mailing.

everything I was supposed to receive.
This should be corrected, right?

| I received the mailing yesterday and it was sealed. It contained a
letter, an envelope for mailing in deposits and a folded sheet of Rate
Schedules (incase you want to know what might have been in your
unsealed envelope).
In the same mailing, I also go a brochure from Merril Lynch, plugging
their CD rates and one of the best around. The DCU CD rates were
higher... enough higher that the ML brochure went into the trash.
