It is my distinct pleasure to announce the appointment of Gail Mann as a
Vice President of the Corporation.
Gail is presently Secretary of the Corporation and an Assistant General
Counsel in the Law Department. She joined Digital in 1984 and has
distinguished herself for the last ten years serving the senior
leadership of the Company and the Board of Directors. She is the
Corporation's legal expert in securities law and corporate governance
matters. Over the years, she has very successfully supported numerous
Corporate treasury, finance, compliance and acquisition matters.
Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the State
University of New York and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University
Law Center, magna cum laude. Immediately following graduation, she
joined the well respected Boston law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohen,
Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, where she handled diverse securities and
corporate law matters. From Mintz Levin, she came to Digital.
I know you will join me in wholeheartedly congratulating Gail on her
well deserved appointment.
