| I am one of the two people who reviewed the membership surveys.
I requested to read it via Paul K. Originally I was supposed to sign a
non-disclosure statment. I read it in the local branch without signing
anything, in fact I was given the option of buying it at 25 cents per page.
I did take notes, and prepared a summary. I ran it by some directors and one
recommended that I get it approved by DCU general attorney. No thank you.
I suggest that if anyone wants to read the suvey that they so request the copy.
My opinion is that the answers which are viewed two different ways by the
candidates are not so important as the question selection - do you really
care what clothing a teller is wearing?
customer loyalty is, in my opinion, misunderstood. large numbers of people
leaving the cu can be dismissed because they were layed off by dec.
How do the evaluators continue that thread into explaining why I still have
a WCU relationship when WCU was forced out of dec many years ago?
In my opinion, surveys that fail to ask the tough questions, will only
return feel-good answers.
