I received mail from an ex-DECie asking if there were comments about
the drive through window and DCU HQ being closed. He raises the point
that drive through windows are a major advantage for people driving
with kids in the car. Especially small kids in car seats.
He's written a letter to Chuck Cockburn about it but was wondering if
others had thoughts about it as well.
I realize it's a particularly Maynard area concern but I wonder why
it was closed. Is it that costly to keep going? Or was it just not
used very much?

Hu??? I presume you mean the drive thru at the big DCU building on Parker Street in Maynard? I used that this past Sunday. I didn't see a notice then that it was closing. Is it really going to close? Alice | |||||

If they are going to close the window, will they increase parking
that's close to the building? I can't walk very well in ice and snow
and the drive up window at PKO/DCU HQ is just about the only way I can
get my banking done in the wintertime.
