Hmmm...I'd start by calling DCU world headquarters and leaving
word with somebody at the information center. They can most
likely route you to somebody, or get the right person on the
job.
As an aside...
Those folks have a tough job, seriously. I had a tour of the
info center one day...they take a boat load of calls every
day with a very small staff.

Call 1-800-DCU-8797 and route your call to the Info Centre ... I suspect that
llike all repairs, it will be done by some maintenance org.

| I guess it's been fixed. Went to the ATM and the screen was bright and
clear.
