I agree with -.1. I have suggested and asked numerous times to have
some options added to the phone menu. They are to tell us the last 5
check in reverse date order. How hard can that be? Also, to allow us to
input a check number and find out if it cleared and when. Doesn't seem
to hard to me.
We have all this discussion on fees, but what has the CU done to make
it easier for us to interact with the credit union?
