This past weekend I attempted to make a deposit at the OFO ATM (Burlington Ma)
and got the message that it was temporarily out of service (Friday )
no sweat, I will just go to the Maynard facility on Sat A.M. as it is not too
far out of my way.
went up to machine and entered card and everything went ok until after I had
entered the amount when it told me that It was not accepting deposits.
The person in from of me also had a great deal of difficulty but they were able
to get some $ out of the machine at least.
I don't know how many mcahines were impacted but you would think that the DCU
would take a little extra care for a three day weekend to see that these
machines are working. Also there should be some means of notifying DCU that
these machines have failed in case their diagnotsics don't already tell them.
