                              DCU call for candidates 
        
  Digital Credit Union is seeking candidates for the board of Directors in the 
  March, 1993 election.  There will be two positions open in 1993.  
  Responsibilities include setting policies, establishing and approving budgets,
  approving expenditures, authorizing and reviewing investments, planning for 
  long-term needs, and reviewing financial and operational reports.
        
  Starting Nov. 1, 1992, prospective candidates may request an application 
  package by calling Barbara Petricone at DTN 223-6735, extension 202. 
  Applicants will be interviewed by a nominating committee appointed by the 
  board of directors chairperson, Lisa DeMauro Ross.  The deadline for 
  submitting an application is Dec. 1, 1992.
         
  Applicants not selected by the nominating committee may still have their names
  placed on the ballot by submitting a petition.  Candidate petitions will be 
  available beginning Jan. 8, 1993.  In order for a petition candidate to 
  appear on the ballot, s/he must obtain 500 valid DCU member signatures by 
  Feb. 8, 1993.
        
  Ballots will be mailed beginning Feb. 26, 1993, to all DCU members at least 
  16 years of age and must be returned in the envelope provided by 5 p.m. on
  April 20, 1993.  DCU elections are supervised by O'Rourke & Clark Accountancy 
  Corporation.  Election results will be announced at the annual meeting on 
  April 29, 1993 at 3 p.m. and on the DCU rate hotline 1-800-DCU-8797 or 
  DTN 223-6735.
