Alot of times in the service delivery business, you only hear about the bad things. When you do a good job, you don't hear from anybody. I'd like to take the opportunity to say that DCU is going a great job! I think they have come a long way in a year's time. They are more in tune with member's needs and have done a better job in communicating changes to members. I do most of my business with the TAY branch and think that the branch manager, Michelen Wold, and staff there do a fantastic job and always have done so with a smile! Your hard work to improve the image of DCU is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Bryan

I'd like to add my "Thank you" to the DCU for their excellent performance regarding my recent mortgage refinancing. There had been a couple of problems in my attempt to close. Rather than getting "mad," I called my liaison at the DCU (great notion - they gave me MY VERY OWN PERSON to guide me through the mortgage maze), and he got things straighten out. (By straightened out, I mean that I got the opportunity to get an even better rate, with a more convenient closing location, with no add'l closing costs beyond those originally quoted) Yes, the mortgage process can be confusing and lengthy. But I sincerely feel that the DCU is doing an excellent job. Plus, after a "debriefing" with MY Liaison, I know that they will be doing even better in the future. No one asked. But I "caught" them doing a good job, and thought you all ought to know!! Jeff P.S. There's never been a better time to refinance! |
