Well, I have seen my first visible change viz the complaints over the last
year.  (Reply .1)

How about we use this note to Announce (*** NOT DISCUSS ****) the positive
things we see in the DCU and give a few pats to those that are trying.

	I was in the ZKO branch and picked up my FREE copy of the annual report, including auditors notes. Tip of the hat, Hopefully this is really a positive indication as to information availability.

	Well, I like the DCU Information Card idea. Every shareholder has an 800 number that they can call for info and DCU is saying with this that they are trying to be better at communication. Steve

	A friend of mine was turned down for a debt consolidation loan last year. This year, same friend, same loan request, processed without question. Seems like some progress on lending members money (as opposed to lending money to non-members).

	I was delighted to receive notice that the interest rate on our auto loan (now in its 4th and final year) was finally reduced. Not that much, and of course for me much too late, but it's an indication that future loans may benefit from this precedent.
