Many volunteers helped with the petitions. Here's something that went
unnoticed and should be acknowledged.

As I was going through the petitions, I noticed that on mine, the Atlanta
addresses were all in the same handwriting.  This was the explanation:

  "Gary did a bang-up job with the petitions -- he even told peole that
   he would fill in their addresses on the other petitions if they
   completely filled out one of them.  I'm sure that was hard work for
   him, but it made signing a lot easier and quicker, which freed up the
   table for more signatures from more people."

On behalf of all the petitions candiates, my deepest thanks to Gary
Hicks in Atlanta.

	Gim -- Thanks for the kind words. Compared to the effort that you all are putting in (and will be putting in if elected!!!) it is insignificant. By the way, most of the addresses were rewritten by my wife while I did the dishes (I'm not sure who won in that balance...). Good luck! Gary
