and I thought some of you might be interested in the data:

| I've had a Simmons card for about 5 years now. They recently went
DOWN from 10.5% to the 8.5% they're at now. they may not be taking out
of state applications right now though. They seem to go through cycles
with them. Lowest rate in the country for many years now.
