                   DIGITAL EMPLOYEES' FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
        
        
        CHANGES TO DCU'S INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY
        
        In our continuing efforts to communicate proactively with our 
        membership, the Board of Directors and DCU Management have 
        amended DCU's Information Protection Policy.
        
        The following will be available to members at no cost, during 
        normal business hours, at all branches:
        
        1.    DCU's most recent annual report
        
        2.    DCU's Charter
        
        3.    DCU's most recent statement of financial condition
        
        4.    DCU's most recent Auditors' Notes *
        
        5.    DCU's most recent minutes of the regular monthly meeting 
              of the Board of Directors
        
           *  Beginning in 1992, all annual reports will include 
              Auditors' Notes.
        
        DCU's bylaws are available, during normal business hours, at 
        all branches for duplication at .25 per page.  However, 
        members can read the bylaws, at no cost, at any credit union 
        branch by making an appointment with the Branch Manager.  
        Appointments are necessary to ensure that continuous service 
        is provided to the membership.
        
        If requests for information become too costly, DCU will 
        re-evaluate and make necessary changes to the Information 
        Protection Policy.
        
        During the next two weeks, the amended policy will be posted 
        at all DCU branches.
