Because of the size of base note 375.0 people have found it difficult
to enter replies. Please use this note as a target for replies and 
discussion about the BYLAWS.

Subj:	Thank you for entering the by-laws into the DCU notes conference

	Hi. I tried to reply to your base note, to express appreciation
	that I'm sure is shared by many readers, but due to the size of
	the entry, it takes too long to write the temporary reply buffer.
	So I decided to send mail instead. Having a copy of the by-laws
	is a great first step in educating the mass of DCU members. Many
	of us had obtained physical copies, but as we're seeing you can't
	beat electronic media for mass communications!

	Thanks again for a great idea.

	Might I suggest that 375.0 be deleted, and replaced with a series
	of shorter replies, each dealing with a different article. For 
	example:

		375.0 - Cover sheet
		   .1 - Article I
		   .2 - Article II
		   .3 - Article III

			etc.

	That would also make it easier to post revisions, and it is a 
	minimal amount of work to break it up in that manner.
