I've heard a few folks lament the fact that they will not be able to
vote at the special meeting since proxies are not permitted. Well,
maybe you can't vote there, but here's an opportunity to vote. Between
now and the time of the meeting you may vote YES or NO by sending a
(short) message to MIZZOU::SHERMAN. I will periodically post a tally
as a reply to this note.
You may vote only once. No comments are needed. Save those for notes.
It doesn't matter whether or not you'll actually come to the
meeting, but I'll trust you to be a DCU shareholder. And, unlike the
meeting, the vote here must be either yes for all three agenda items or
no for all three. Of course, if the moderator decides to shut this down,
down it goes. Feel free to forward this note you're now reading wherever
you want, as far as I'm concerned.
