A coworker sent this mail to our group.

	For those of you who may not already know, DCU is not sending out
checks this for your XMAS club. They are transfering the money to your S1
savings account instead. I was just over there to withdraw some money and
was quite surprised when told what my remaining balance was. The teller than
proceeded to tell about the transfer. So, if you check your balances, don't
think you got rich quick, it's only your own money.

	The DCU has been advertising in the monthly mailings that they would be doing this for a while now. The most recent mailing had a rather large reminder of this along with the date on which this would occur. Anyone who wished to have a check mailed to them they way it used to be done could submit a request to have this done.

You know how much you are putting away each week and you know what the interest rate is, so you could calculate it. Check your balance in savings. If you know what your balance was prior to Oct. 10 you can figure it out. Doesn't EasyTouch now offer the ability to check on the last X deposits made to an account? Or you could try the easiest one of all (Well, it was easy for me since there is a DCU branch in the next building). You can ask a teller.

	I used Easy Touch this morning to check my savings balance and had more than I thought in there. The amount agrees with what my Xmas club would add. So, I just assumed... Denny
