You can send your written complaints to the NCUA at the following address: National Credit Union Administration Mr. Layne Bumgardner 9 Washington Square Washington Ave. Extension Albany, NY 12205 518-472-4554 Mr. Bumgardner is the Regional Director. I caution people writing complaints to not just complain about something that is easily dismissed. Some of the lesser complaints are fine as items 3,4 or 5 on your list of complaints. You should write about things that can be supported by evidence. Include as much documentation as you can get your hands on to support your complaint. If people require copies of any materials I have to support their complaints, please feel free to contact me. The more information you provide to support your case, the more attention you're likely to get. I also urge each of you to copy your Senator and Congressman concerning any complaints. The banking industry as a whole is under close scrutiny. They are making real changes on how these institutions are run and overseen. They should be made aware of many aspects of this situation.

The seeming abnormalities about the BoD elections, Mangone, etc. would be very interesting to, say, the Globe. They would also have better investigation resources, as well as the publicity pressure would also give the necessary kick to the BoD to act. Or, is this against the conference and Digital rules? |
