| Yes, I experience SLOW service at MRO1. I'm not too thrilled with the
Customer Interface skills of the staff there either.... They all seem to be
fairly unhappy working there... and it shows.
There is a DCU Branch at MRO4 that may provide better service. You could
probably walk down there, conduct your business, and walk back to MRO1 in the
time it sometimes takes the MRO1 staff to get to you...

| My 1 experience at MRO1 was to wait in line for about 15 minutes prior
to getting to the *1* teller that was open. What bugged me the most
was that there were 2 other tellers there that must've been on break.
Both were more than happy to be in the lobby talking to a gal who had
her 1 year old with her. Many of us in line were very vocal about the
length of the line, hoping that both would hear. This didn't phase
them in the least. This happened back in June, or so.
