    During a time period when the computer industry is consolidating
    and becoming increasingly competitive, it is important to keep
    investor relations strong and communication channels open. Only
    through solid communication with our stockholders, investment analysts
    and the financial press will Digital and its operations be understood.
    This will result in a positive outlook towards the corporation and its
    securities. The E&T Finance Organization has invited MARK STEINKRAUSS
    to address us at our quarterly meeting on his role as Director Investor
    Relations for Digital. We are extending an invitation to you to attend
    Mark's presentation.

    Due to limited seating, attendance will be limited to the first
    50 respondents. To register for this presentation, please contact
    Barbara Farley (PARITY::Farley).
