    Two points of intrest. First, my brother is a truck driver. The company
    he works for has a credit union that has a special, low intrest rate
    for loans to cover the purchase of personal computers. He recalls that
    it is in the neighborhood of 7 or 8%.
    
    Second point of intrest. I called the "All states without branches"
    number to get some information. One piece of the information was about
    a loan. The DCU person asked what state I work in. I said New Jersey,
    and she told me that I would have to call Nagog, that that office
    handels loans for New Jersey. When I called Nagog, I was told that the
    *Loan department* was out to lunch, *she* should be back in a little
    while. The nearest DCU office is about 250 miles away, much closer than
    for many other Digits in the field. Do they really have such a low
    staffing level that they have one person departments?
