I wish I could find out, via Easy Touch, the amount of interest
paid on my checking/savings accounts. There are times when I prefer not
to wait for the statement, which normally arrives around 2 weeks after
interest is paid.
I'd also like to find out, via Easy Touch, what amount of money
transferred from one/all of the loan escrows to savings 1. There are
times when I will get a balance over the phone that does not match with
what I show. This is almost always due to the excess money from the
loan escrows being transferred to savings 1. Waiting for the statement
is not the answer.
If either of these meant giving up interest for a new service,
then I would say forget it!
Anyone else out there like to see either/both of these happen?
