Microcell "Fido" service is the new GSM 1900 service in Canada.
So far Fido is operational in Ottawa/Hull, Montreal, and Quebec City,
with plans to launch soon in Vancouver and Toronto.

Rates are $40/month including 400 minutes of talk time; additional minutes
are 20 cents at all times. Per second billing.
LD is 15 cents per minute inside your province and 20 cents per minute
to any other province or to the USA.
They say they will be the only GSM carrier in Canada; all the other 1900
MHz carriers are to use non-GSM technology.
