    I've got a customer who is using or should I say trying to use the new
    CDE but does not get the front panel up, this is under VMS not Unix.
    
    System is A4100 with Motif 1.2-4 and he is trying to run CDE on a
    VXT2000+ with colour monitor.
    
    I've checked the cde$system_defaults:[app-defaults.c]dtwm.dat for
    setting of Dtwm*useFrontPanel:   True
    
    This is set correctly.
    
    is there anything else I can check e.g. I've read about a geometry
    parameter but can't find it in the VMS resource file.
