TeamLinks 2.7-2 Windows 95 ALL-IN-1 server 3.2 Customer has users who work offline at times and at other times are in the office with their laptop's connected via the docking station. They use the script that we provided that moves their Inbox items from the server Inbox to the Local Mail Inbox. This is working perfectly. They have encountered a problem. At times the user is not able to read all their items from the Local Mail Inbox, as a result they still have quite a few Unread messages in the Local Mail Inbox. They wrote a script that takes the Unread from the Local Mail and moves them to the Inbox on the server. This piece works fine. What is happening though is the messages when moved are being flagged "read" and no longer have an Unread status. I tested this on my eft1 3.0 system here and experienced the same results. What can be done to insure that the messages when moved are kept in an Unread state? Debbie Giannetti

This seems to be specific to ALL-IN-1 and is not confined to Scripts, doing the same operation by Drag'n Drop yields the same behavior. I'll bring this up with JAL, current keeper of CFCIOS to see what if anything can be done. Mike |
