2227.0. "Problem for customer with TeamLinks hanging" by ALFSS2::GIANNETTI_D () Fri May 30 1997 16:58

Fcserver CfcCloseContents failed
ERROR 364: Out of Common File Cabinet program memory.
Fcserver CfcCloseContents failed
ALL-IN-1 on node ALPHA2 is version V3.2, running File Cabinet Server
version 6

AIDA DLL version: V3.2-0 AIDA$RG35B
AIDA Server version on alpha2: V3.2-0 OA$AIDA V3.2-90

The problem error does not always occur when scanning and
may occur while TeamLinks is up and just sitting.

I suggested adding TRACE to the debug log and lets see
what else we get in the error file.

I have that error log but it is quite large and I didn't
want to post it here. I have copied it to xanadu:: and its
filename is oglethorpe.log

Can we get a more detail description of what the user is doing and what
they see ? Is "ERROR 364: Out of Common File Cabinet program memory" what
the user sees displayed or is it from the log file ?

I see several of these errors in the log file provided. Each one that I looked
at was preceded by attribute handle errors. They all followed create. Does the
user see this problem when saving/storing a message ?

The only guess I have at this time is that the connection to the server is being
lost during a create document (send or save from a users point of view). Are
any other users effected or just one ? Do they have this problem if they try
to save to a local cabinet ?
