TeamLinks V2.7 eco2 Connecting to ALL-IN-1 V3.1 WFW V3.11 TCP/IP The customer has noticed when users with 50+ folders connect to the server they have a problem with the TeamLinks Information Manager window jumping in front of the Read Message window. This seems to happen when the users does either a Read New Mail or List New Mail and then double clicks on one of the mail messages. I tried to reproduce on the above configuration but couldn't then I started to notice it happening on Windows95 and realized that I had ignored it before thinking that it was just something you had to deal with when using Microsoft Windows. Is there anything that can be done to prevent the Information Manager window from jumping in front of the Read Message window? thanks, angela

2215.1 | We have a PTR on this. | XANADU::cascobay.zko.dec.com::TAMARA::STJEAN | Bob St.Jean | Fri May 23 1997 10:49 | 9 |
I too noticed this problem and entered PTR on it. I just looked it up and it was PTR 11-3-1470, but for some reason was closed without any explaination. It's still unresolved. I think I will just reopen it and reference this note. Bob |
