Hi,

One of our customers wants the layout of the printed 
cover memo to be changed.
The "Date", "From", "Dept" and "Tel No." should be 
printed on the left margin.

In which file is this layout defined ?  Is it possible to 
change it ?

    It's not a trivial change. That header can be customized, but you have
    to write your own .DLL, generate RTF, make CFC calls, etc. The SDK has
    an example.
