Hi! Customer installed TL 3.0 EFT1, (TCP/IP, on Windows95 and Windows NT 4.0 WS)and cannot create messages. When he clicks on the create message button, tl hangs, and doesn't come back, you have to use the taskmanager to stop it. The cfcdebug shows that TL seems to hang from the point of the font calling. I could not reproduce the problems myself under Windows NT 4.0 english nor with german installation. This is an excerpt from the debug logfile: **** CFC started Wed May 14 16:18:46 1997 **** Infoman: 124 dispatching TLCreateMsg Infoman: SetMnus on 92 CM Infoman: SetBBar on 92 CM >> This was the last entry I am not in for the next two weeks. If you got a solution it would be great if you could write it to the customer :[email protected] If this is no good idea, I'll have a look at it after my holidays. Hello Marianne If the customer is running TeamLinks Enginish with an operating system other than English this is the problem. For some reason the Editor is having problem loading fonts. We saw this in TeamLinks V2.7 ECO#2 and EFT1. It has been corrected for EFT2 which was shipped last week. So installing EFT 2 should correct your problem. Rick | |||||
