2195.0. "Printing on Nt 3.51 and TL V2.7-001" by VIVIAN::D_BONO () Tue May 13 1997 11:25

I look after a customer who is reporting problems printing with
Windows NT 3.51 and Teamlinks V2.7 ECO 1.

If the print is more than a page of text it starts to lose lines of
text. I have not been able to reproduce the problem myself as I do not
have access to a system running these versions.

I have noticed there have been similar problems with NT 3.51 and V2.7
    in the PTR database.

I have advised the customer to try printing with NonTextPrinting=LVTP
    in office .ini.

    Is there any known problems?

    Thanks,

    Dave Bono.

Yes, there is a known problem. We're working with Mastersoft to get
this resolved. Mastersoft (now Inso) is the 3rd party that provides our
converters and viewers, including the special one that merges the
header of a printed mail message with the body of a printed mail
message even though the two are different formats (RTF and WPSPLUS for
    example).

We cannot duplicate the problem on current versions of those operating
system though, just the older versions.

The customer has just reported the work around of using
NonTextPrinting=LVTP works and is happy with this.

    Thanks for the replies.
