    Hi,
    
    	yesterday at CoV we found the following -nasty- problem 
    within the RTF editor in TeamLinks V2.7 German (but it's also
    reproduceable with TeamLinks V2.7-002 English).
    
    Create a Message using RTF *and* COURIER NEW *and* fontsize = 9
    (this is the example we ran into the problem, but I found many
    other fontsettings where we ran into it, too.)
    
    Now enter a line containing 'umlauts' ����������, doesn't matter if
    in first line or in the following lines...
    
    You see, there are no dots => UUUOOOAAAA. BUT if you then
    click on BOLD -> the complete line is 'down'shifted by a 'pixel-'line
    and you get the dots ���������� ...
     
    First I thought it's a problem with the video-driver, but
    after several tests on different PCs, no, it's not. Maybe a
    problem outside TeamLinks ??? I don't know, I can't explain this.
    
    As workaround WE decided to use 10 as fontsize.
    
    Do you have any ideas what causes the problems? Known ???
    IPMT (PTR) Time???

    Just a note: It happens with TEXT-style Editor, too.
    Choose TEXT, COURIER NEW, 9
    and write some ���������� ....
