TeamLinks 2.7 AST Bravo 660 PC One user has the above type PC with the manufacturer's CD ROM. If the user is listening to music on his CD and replies to a mail message in TeamLinks the PC hangs. This happens every time. The hardware manufacturer has been contacted and says that TeamLinks may be going into a memory area the CD is using or vice versa. I have no idea but who am I to argue. Has anyone ever heard of anything similar to this. Thanks, Beth

Sound cards usually let you adjust the memory area with multiple choices. Perhaps you could suggest that the customer try that. |
