HI,
I have problems with Teamlinks for new users, they can all log into
the system to read new mails but they cannot send mails from their
respective accounts.....
I am using TeamLinks V2.5 with ecos and the server is ALL-IN-1 IOS V3.0
Other existing users have no problems with their accounts, only these
2 particular users. They tried to use different PCs but the problem is
veru consistent, still cannot create mails, but able to read new mails.
When they tried to send new mails, the error said 'file cabinet not
found'.....
Any ideas ?

Nothing comes immediately to mind. Perhaps you could provide an OFFICE.INI and CFCDEBUG.LOG? Not being an ALL-IN-1 expert I can't tell you what pieces and versions are needed on the server side, but that might be something to check. Any chance of using V2.7? What happens when you log into this ALL-IN-1 account via a VT and
do a EM?

Sorry for the late reply, I was away from office.
Yes, the users have no problem at all logging from the VT, and from
TEamLinks, only to read mails and not send mails.....
