Hi, I have a customer that has one notebook that he uses sometimes remotely and sometimes connected to the network. When he uses this notebook, no matter the username he uses, when a message is being created and the user writes the username of a local user to send the message to, Teamlinks shows another window with the username shown twice, the same username and the user has to choose one. After this point, everything works fine but this user is not happy because he has to confirm all the local ALL-IN-1 usernames he needs to send the message to. From another pc , at the same account, this doesn't happen. I have tested many accounts and on the notebook the same happens to all of them. Probably it's a local configuration problem but I could not identify what is wrong. I have the office.ini and I copied to VAXRIO::office.marcia Any ideas what can be wrong ? Thanks .. Hello Marcia It sounds like the customer has the user name in their Pab and are getting it from the server also. They can remove the name from their PAB or in the profile say stop at PAB if name found. Rick | |||||

Hi Rick, I'll try this again. But I have already checked the PAB , I mean I asked the customer to check and she told me that the usernames were not there at the PAB and this happens with any local username. Is there a specific trace keyword to enable in cfclogoptions that could help ? Regs, M�rcia | |||||
