When installing Scanprot after upgrading 2.7-1 w/ itegration she gets
the following error, Scanprot has deteced the Concept virus on normal.dot
do you wish to clean up? If, yes, crashes the integration.
Workaround: 1. Remote integration, Install TL2.7 w/o integration,
install Scanprot and reintall 2.7 with only the integration.
However, when printing within tl it closes word so quickly the doc
never load and nothing prints. Can see the doc. being sent based on
the messages.
Has anyone seen this problem. Will having customer start a Dr. WAtson
log give more details?

Hi Aisha,
Is the customer using Window 95 or Window 3.1? Can they print from
the File Manager or Explorer? Which version of the Scanprot did they
tried to installed, the version that we shipped or the one they obtained
from Microsoft?
