2089.0. "Probs moving files w/ the MailWorks UNIX server" by ALFSS2::LUCAS_A () Wed Mar 26 1997 09:35
A new problem report which one of our users just reported and
which I can reproduce semi-regularly (WIN95, TLWIN 2.7-001, DEC MailWorks).
This is a level 2/high. I am unable to duplicate. This is a MITRE
issue please provide some feedback if someone has heard of this
problem.
I would be happy to provide more information.....

DR5269....
When moving messages from a server folder to a local folder,
TLWIN sporadically makes MANY COPIES (does not move) of one
of the messages in particular (mostly using drag/drop vs.
File Move), sometimes tying up TLWIN for several minutes
and chewing up a lot of hard disk space. Specifically:
-User ctrl-selects certain messages in server folder and then does a
drag/drop or File/Move to the local folder.
-TeamLinks gets hung up on one particular EMail message and copies it
(not a move) several times to the local folder.
-The source folder (where the messages were moved from) is no longer
visible/accessible until its drawer is closed and reopened.
-Other files subsequent to the message that TeamLinks got hung up on
may or may not be moved to the destination.
Thanks for your help!!!!
