    I have received an A1mail$connect.dmp file from the customer. I know
    the Mailworks engineers should take look at this, however I am exploring
    all my options. I've place a file name A1mail$connect.dmp in the grits::
    area. Maybe a engineer can take a look at this and see what the
    problems are.
